When evaluating the requirements for your test and measurement project, it is important to review the accessories you will need to connect, stabilize, and mount your sensors and instrumentation. The most important question to answer before you complete your purchase of any sensor is, how are you connecting your devices? Interface offers a wide range of accessories, including:
Do you need shielded cables, mating connectors, calibration adapters or an R-Cal resistor? We also provide mounting plates to distribute load over the support structure. Interface has quality machined clevises, jam nuts, thread adapters, and rod end bearings. These types of accessories provide rigid connections and reduce alignment error. Interface accessories are available in many configurations. They are instrumental in helping to complete a system and ensure the highest performance and the least amount of troubleshooting. SYSTEM LEVEL CALIBRATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
When purchasing multiple components for use as a complete system, it is important to request system level calibration. Interface system level calibrations ensure that all system components, including connectors, cables, transducers, and instrumentation are ready to use out of the box.
Interface can provide system level calibrations for load cells, torque transducers, multi-axis sensors and other measurement tools that are paired with indicators, amplifiers, USB, and digital instruments. Interface uses an extremely high quality NIST and NMI traceable mV/V transfer standard to ratiometrically scale or applies force to scale the system. We provide a separate digital indicator calibration certificate indicating how we scaled the instrument. Read more here.
The system level calibration is an important reference for traceability and troubleshooting for the entire system. It can help identify if a setting has been changed or if there is another issue that invalidated the system.

Interface completed our second 2022 Customer Satisfaction Survey. We want to thank everyone that shared their insightful feedback. It has influence throughout our company in what we design, build, market and sell. Customer experience is a top initiative at Interface and a critical measure of how we are doing to meet and hopefully exceed every customer’s expectations.
We want to share with you some of the results from the most recent survey. We asked six questions about products, vendor selection, lead times and overall satisfaction. For four years, we have asked the question used universally to measure customer satisfaction and reliability across all industries, “How likely are you to refer Interface to a friend or colleague.” The results produce a Net Promoter Score (NPS). For this past survey, Interface received a +52 NPS. The importance of this question is to measure consistency and tell us how we are performing based on customer loyalty.
We wanted to learn about the criteria for selecting a force measurement products and services company. We asked, “What factors help you decide to continue using Interface as a supplier of force measurement solutions?” Here are the top five selected category responses:
