Every LowProfile® Load Cell we manufacture is moment compensated to improve performance and reduce loading and eccentric error loads. Moment compensation is labor-intensive to ensure through repetitive testing and adjustments we pull the load cell into very tight specifications. Every adjustment we make is fully traceable and recorded for review at any time. This type of rigorous performance off-loading and static error testing allows us to clearly state with certainty the maximum allowable extraneous loads and maximum errors by model.

#1 – 1200 Standard Precision LowProfile® Load Cell: Eccentric load compensated tension and compression with performance to .04% with various models that can measure 1 pound (4.45N) or up to 2 million pounds (9000kN) of force.
#2 – 1000 Fatigue-Rated LowProfile® Load Cell: Eccentric load compensated high safe overload with performance to 0.03% with various models that can measure 1 pound (4.45N) or all the way up to 1 million pounds (4500kN) of force.
#3 – 1500 Low Capacity LowProfile® Load Cell: Eccentric load compensated with performance to .05% with various models that can measure 25 pounds (111N) to 300 pounds (1.33kN) of force.
#4 – 1100 Ultra Precision LowProfile® Load Cell: Tension and compression eccentric load compensated with very low nonlinearity, hysteresis, eccentric load sensitivity, and temperature sensitivity with performance to 0.02%. Various models can measure 300 pounds (1.33kN) to 200,000 pounds (890kN) of force.
#5 – 2400 Standard Stainless Steel Low Capacity Load Cell: Tension and compression LowProfile® hermetically sealed in a compact size, with models that can measure 100 pounds (.44kN) to 5,000 (22kN) pounds of force. The 2400 series also is available in high capacity.
